Dear Sirs,
The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is a regional security organization. The mandate of its Mission in Kosovo includes organising and suvervising elections. The OSCE is preparing for Elections in Kosovo/FRY, planned to be held in November 2001.
The OSCE is now inviting expressions of interest on behalf of the companies capable of printing the required election ballots as specified in the attached terms of reference. Please note that this is NOT a request for a tender offer but it will lead to a competitive tender inquiry in the near future.
Please provide a rough budgetary estimate for the project together with a statement of your past experience of dealing with a project of this size, scope and complexity.
Your expression of interest in this project should reach the Organization as soon as possible and not later than Wednesday, 4 July 2001.
